Savory Saturdays

Ingredients:

1 Portuguese Roll
2 thin-sliced skinless chicken breasts
1 sliced tomato
1 head green-leaf lettuce
1 sliced avocado
1 small sliced red onion
4 oz. Italian dressing
1 oz. thin-sliced pepper jack cheese
1 thin slice prosciutto
1 tblspn mayonaise

Marinate breasts in Italian dressing for three hours. Toast the roll. Pan-cook the marinated breasts. Pile it into a sandwich. Revel.

Suggested pairing: Kettle-cooked chips, Natural Light, early bedtime
